Orenda

Located within the future Othello Square campus, Orenda is a new mixed-income apartment community designed to celebrate the diversity of South Seattle.  72 of the units have a 20-year affordability commitment made possible by private equity and an impact equity investment from Seattle Children’s Hospital. Orenda features rooftop views of Mt. Rainier, high ceilings, quality finishes, and an eco-modern design.  The project also includes a new, second Seattle Children’s Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC), which will be a fully integrated pediatric, medical, dental, and mental health clinic and Tiny Tots Development Center, which will provide child care services, preschool, and early childhood education. Both will serve the Othello neighborhood and greater South Seattle community.
