Housing
Orenda
Located within the future Othello Square campus, Orenda will provide workforce housing, a new Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) and Tiny Tots Early Childhood Development Center. An impact equity investment from Seattle Children’s allowed the project to double the affordability, providing 40% of the units (72) at 80% or less of Area Median Income (AMI). The new clinic will be a fully integrated pediatric, medical, dental, and mental health clinic that will take up the bottom two floors of the building, along with Tiny Tots.
